Sipho Dlamini has been in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. He is a scholar in Marketing Management and Sales, with 15 years of experience as a record executive, and continues to lead in project and event management.
His professional journey has taken him across Europe and the African continent, where he has engaged in knowledge exchange and skills transfer, enriching his expertise in production management.
Throughout his extensive career in the entertainment space, Mr. Dlamini has gained significant experience in strategic management, value chain management, business management, talent acquisition, marketing, and event production. His broad skill set and leadership have made him a respected figure in the industry.
He currently serves as a board member of the Jazz Cares Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting musicians through skills development, career advancement, and mentorship. He is also an active member of COPENSA – the Promoters Networking Association – and served on the South African Music Awards voting committee for four years.
Mr. Dlamini is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of T-Musicman, an event management company with over 30 years of experience. T-Musicman is renowned as the producer of the prestigious Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival, one of South Africa’s premier music events.
