Silvia is a dynamic Cultural Project Manager, music executive, Creative Director and strategist, artist manager and A&R, music consultant, cultural mediator, and international publicist. Her multidisciplinary expertise lies in fostering connections across cultures, with a strong focus on music, diversity, and social innovation.
She works through her enterprise project NoOx Worldwide, which aims to build bridges between Italy, the Afro Community and New Generations, and Sub-Saharan Africa—beginning with Senegal and Mozambique—within the music industry ecosystem. Since 2018, Silvia has been a pioneer of the Afro-Urban music market in Italy, playing a critical role in shaping its growth and representation.
Silvia has served as a Music Industry and Management trainer, as well as Creative Director and International Partnerships Lead for the Mozambique Music Hackathon, under the broader initiative Construído Com A Música. Her work in these roles reflects a deep commitment to capacity-building, cultural exchange, and creative entrepreneurship.
As a social innovator, Silvia is dedicated to inclusion, valorization of diversity, and addressing intersectionality. Her work actively contributes to the decolonization of storytelling and the dismantling of stereotypes, particularly in the global music narrative.
She is the producer and central figure of the touring documentary and community engagement project DARE: to take that first step, which continues to be screened and discussed across Italy, fostering dialogue around courage, identity, and creative agency.
