Bongani Dlamini serves as the Sales and Marketing Manager for the internationally renowned MTN Bushfire and Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festivals, both held annually in Eswatini. His fervor for arts development across Africa is evident through his extensive involvement in the continent's entertainment industry.
In 2009, Bongani founded Events Eswatini, an event management company dedicated to promoting African arts and culture. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in the company’s success.
Joining the Bushfire team in 2014, Bongani quickly became an integral member of the organization. His contributions were further recognized in 2018 when he was appointed to the Bushfire Advisory Committee, where he continues to provide strategic guidance.
In 2022, Bongani’s expertise in tourism marketing was acknowledged through his nomination to the Eswatini Tourism Authority Marketing Committee. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and promoting Eswatini’s tourism landscape.
