Elodie is head of the emblematic label Lusafrica (historic label of Césaria Evora) as well as the publishing house Africa Nostra. At the same time, she is also a programmer for the prestigious Kriol Jazz Festival (Cape Verde), international director of the Atlantic Music Expo (AME), and President of the MusiConnect association in France. She has been a speaker during conferences at international events such as APAP (New York), Visa For Music (Morocco), IOMMA (Réunion) or Canadian Music Week (Canada).

In 2019, she co-founded JADD in order to share her experience in terms of artistic strategy and career plan, international development or even the creation or development of events.
